EN: Qualifications: Essential: • FA level 1 and level 2 Certified or European equivalent • Module 1 and 2 youth award complete or European equivalent • 2 years coaching experience • Up to date Emergency Aid and child protection • Up to date police check • Full clean driving license
Desirable: • Degree related to the field • Juventus training completed
Reports to: Head Coach /Senior Coach
Hours of work: Full time position, requiring an average 48 hours per week. Hours will often be unsocial, and will include weekends and evenings. There will be a requirement to help organise and perhaps lead projects in other countries, and tournaments and leagues etc.
Job Purpose: 1. To coach the Juventus academy players. 2. To assist the Head Coach/Senior coach to manage the daily functions and forward planning of the academy.
Essential Tasks:
To plan coaching sessions and schemes of work in consultation with the head Coach and coaching team. To consistently deliver a high standard of coaching session. Be able to differentiate and adapt sessions to suit a wide range of individual needs. To assist in the planning and preparation for matches, events, tournaments and tours. To maintain professionalism at all times and help ensure a positive work environment. To exhibit consistency, resourcefulness and initiative on a daily basis. To maintain an excellent attendance and punctuality record To maintain a positive image at all times To promote Juventus academy Kuwait, actively recruit new players, while retaining existing members. To assist in the preparation of reports as requested by the head Coach. To assist the senior coach in the management of equipment and kit procurement and to ensure that this is kept clean, undamaged and tidy at all times To help manage the calendar of events.
Package Details
Flight to Kuwait and flight home again upon completion of contract 9 month contract with a view to extending. Basic Salary of 325 KWD per month TAX FREE Performance related bonuses Accommodation provided Transport provided 21 days paid annual leave

Own current accommodation is a shared living environment with other Juventus academy coaches.
Probation Period
A Two month probation period will begin on the candidate’s arrival in Kuwait. This is designed to introduce the candidate to the new environment and ensure all parties are happy before committing to a full contract.
